[Release] MapleVPN - Connect to GMS from blocked areas!

I'm sorry for asking some nooby questions, but I'm not that knowledgeable in these things.
how could I use this program if I don't have a friend willing to help me with this? would I be able to use a vpn in combination with this aswell?

as I'm looking for a way to play GMS from Europe, without having to use a VPN which would change the IP on my whole computer. I only need to have a different IP for maplestory while still having my original IP for the rest of the computer...

That's not really possible. You must have the hosting computer. You can use VPN to connect, but this tool allows you to choose a proffered host & sniff packets.

is it possible if i have 2 computer but use same IP?
i mean 2 computer use same internet cable separated by a switch. computer A connect to B, and B use VPN service to connect to GMS.
i tried with my friend but no connection appear in my friend's computer
