Well, there are not needed written rules, to know that there are.
The same is with the copyright: You dont have to put a copyright on your design, as its made by you so you have got the rights on your design.
And as i said: Im not trying to get copyright towards what i used off from nexon, ive just got the copyright of what i did.
Finally atleast you're competent.
Like I said, I won't release it, these are for learning purposes only.

If you didn't mostly all picture in every website are made by Nexon. Also were on a private server development forums. And it's strange that your randomly talking about court since I mostly likely can counter-sue you for owning a server.
