It has to be a decompiled localhost before you can even edit it.

- Removed dead file links from the 'Open' file list
- Update mechanism added (to disable: add a text file with the name 'noupdate.txt' to the startup directory, this will increase the startup speed)

Afaik the highest version with a localhost or a dumped file. V.105 works for example, but there's no localhost of it
