[Release]Suicide command

I always wished global had a suicide command so I could run around and kill myself in front of people. I remembered that while playing today so I made one!

CommandProcessor.java:

    MapleCharacter victim = c.getPlayer();

    victim.setMp(0);
    victim.updateSingleStat(MapleStat.HP, 0);
    victim.updateSingleStat(MapleStat.MP, 0);
   }

This command can be used by anyone. Unless you change @ to !.

Yea for jail 1 in PCMaple, unfortunately, none of the other jail commands !jail 2 (etc) work for me
