i have warrock.ova preconfigured...
with rer2 work but later login it stay blocked...
also norulez have this problem

I Fixed my problem by using Tweeks Release not Revision 2.

It does work, you just haven't set it up correctly then. Everyone else in this section is able to use it, so there's nothing wrong with the files. Toxics version is buggy, and somewhat outdated seeing as Tweeks version is referred to as rev 3, while Toxics is rev 2. Therefore, it's highly recommendable that you use Tweeks files, and they certainly do work.
