Its because your htdocs folder is empty, only has folders.
Right click inside htdocs -> new -> text document -> Rename it to index.php

now when i go on my site it isn't blank..look-

yea and index.php with nothing in it...and if i delete that it goin to show my htdoc folder again

Check if your index.html

Did you name it index.html.html?

.html is the file type try to just put "index" for name
