Work without problems, personally tested on windows7 x64 , then upgraded to windows8 x64 same no problems, 2 days ago upgrade to windows 10 and still did get any problem. Probably problem is in your c++ redistributable or framework

it looks like your account or hour is expired and u can't use it more? did u create with mumaker or that zteam editor maybe u did him vip o r something and he has no days to play, im not sure tho thats weird check in character tables and see the specific user how it differs with other users.
