Rules:

-You must be the author of the thread.
-Can request a change once per second month.

For the report of dead servers or broken links, there is no format.

When reporting a server with dead link please make sure that the server you're reporting has been dead for a while. Don't report a server when the owner said the server will be down for 3 days because he's updating the software.
