Added shanda example for clarity. Quick explanation, ByteBuf's that are thrown down the pipeline and reach CryptoEncoder aren't changed. They are copied into the out-buffer and then the out-buffer is encoded/encrypted. This means you don't have to worry about sharing outgoing ByteBuf's to multiple sessions. Meaning, you can broadcast ByteBuf's to every session without any fancy logic.
I didn't include IOBufferManipulator(Shanda). There was no real change to this, as you can just use
