RO Server Devs Wanted

Dear Readers,
I am looking for 3 experienced people that can help me with my RO server.
I'm saying help not because i can't do anything myself, infact i am a good dev for RO server files myself but I need people to help me, since i dont know everything about it, and it would be very hard to do it all myself.
Currently i have 1 more person helping me with it. so im not completely on my own, but the more the better! =]
If you think you have what it takes to start the server with us, please post down below why i should take you on.

IF you get chosen, you'll get:
- A Full GM account all during the progress and after we open it to public,
- A Fair part of the (eventual) donations,
- Create your own map in the RO World. (I'll make the map and let you know how to do it. after that your on your own)
- Something nice that i wont post on here for legal reasons;]

I want 2 proper English speaking people, and 1 person from a differnet country. (has to understand and fully speak english. German would be nice!)

Please dont ask to be a GM, because i wont need anyone that didnt help me with the server.

why u should take me: i really have no idea, maybe because i know alot of thing about making a server.. i made my own 1 to with 45 custom items and some monsters. and lots of NPC's like shopping malls etc.
