RotationSpeed not applying as expected in FlyingData.xml

No matter how much i change: boostCameraRotateLimit or rotateSpeed, mounts always turn at the same rate while flying. I haven't been able to find anything that would override these changes.

So I'm wondering: How do I make flying mounts rotate faster when the camera is looking behind them? (71.3)
