The excludes inside RSBuild.xml file are not being overlooked.
IE it is not ignoring server folder, tools folder, wz_00.bin, etc etc
All the files not needed and all the files needed to make a client are being added into one big mess.
This program is only needed by server admins creating a client for end users or their patches.
It is also something we'll discuss in more detail, soon but at the moment the build that is in the original source needs work done to it.
When we release you'll get instructions with a working source.
