**Rune Adventure — an MMORPG with no pictures in it**
That isn't a style. There are no image files. Every sprite, tile, monster and sword is drawn in code the moment you see it, and the music is a Web Audio graph rather than a sound file. Nothing it loads is an asset. No dependencies either.
So a new sword actually looks different instead of a recoloured icon, and a world this size still opens in a tab.
**What it is**
Isometric, real-time, in your browser. No download, no launcher, works on a phone. Open the link and you're in a town with other people already in it.
You move, you aim, range and cover matter, and everything out there is doing the same to you. Bosses are the one exception — 50 of them, and none will touch you unless you swing first.
**Six classes, 84 skills, 120 levels**
Warden — front-line steel. Heavy armour, high health, punishing melee arcs.
Pyromancer — ranged fire. Fragile up close, devastating at a distance.
Druid — nature and mending. Sustains a fight far longer than it should last.
Ranger — a bow and open ground. Cripples what chases you, never lets it close.
Revenant — two knives and no patience. Fights on stolen blood, and leaves before the answer arrives.
Templar — mace and faith. Holds the line while everyone behind it does the killing.
**The world**
61 zones behind four gates, 26 of them dungeons. 111 creatures. 243 pieces of gear across 12 slots, each rolled with its own stats and rarity, all of it wearing down until you find a smith.
**Around it**
Parties and guilds with shared vaults. Trading, an arena, warbands and wars. Bounties and karma, so killing people has a price. Quests, professions, contracts, mounts. And critters you catch, breed for inherited traits, and fight alongside you.
**The honest part**
It gets rough past level 20, and that's where I want people. I'd rather hear "this made no sense" than nothing.
