Looks real good. Might play it, Event though i have no experience playing SA Multiplayer. Is it a download then you play it, Or do you have to buy somthing ?

you buy the game in a store (it's cheap these days),install it, and then you install sa-mp (sa-mp is free, the game isn't).
sa-mp is a mod that allows you to play online

Updated, but meh nothing is really cool.
"Fire" it only "objects" I know someone who made a fire with out objects in SAMP even before the 0.3C release.
