Hi.I want to make a project with some of my m8 from school.
It is about the basic information about functions in C++. The content isn't
importan. The thing is I dont know anything about PHP (yet) or java and I
need to make this small aplication in ActionScript and I was thinging that I
could use Flex 2 to.

:smilie_xp Here are a some more details about what I have in mind:
-At the starting of the app I will have the "welcome screen" with some buttons
on the left side.
-Every Button takes the user to another state of the application. But I
want to keep the same aspect for all the parts of my learing program.
-If posible I'dd like to have a menu, with options (like fullscreen, background
color etc) just like the web browser has.
-I want to add Animations and Icons that I will make in Photoshop CS2 and
Flash.

-How can I change the name of the .exe file. Pls note that I have to make
an executable applicaton, not a website. When I try to make a SWF file
executable, it allways gets the name "Adobe Flash Player 9".
For exemple: myFile.exe has the default Name when I run it instead of myFile.
-How do I add more options at my bar that is right up the application screen?
I mean, the bar that has :"File,View,Control,Help" by default.

If any1 could help me a bit, with Ideas, maybe some hints etc... I'dd be verry happy.

I'm not actually sure what you meant by that but I'll assume you want to show the extensions. Tools > Folder Options and change it there.

Amh... I don think it has something to do with tools>folder options. I'll try to be more specific. Let's say I have an application thats called photoViewer.exe in the folder "..\PhotoViewer". In the PhotoViewer Folder I have all imgs that apear on the viewer. WHEN I RUN(ENTER) photoviewer.exe I get this img:

I want The Text "Adobe Flash Player" to be "Photoviewer".

You're using a Mac -.-

I'd say is open the file in a hex editor, find and change the title, then save it, but with the rather convoluted OS I'm not too sure how to do this exactly.

Offtopic: I tried to use a Mac once, it was not a good experience at all...

You sure? Seems like windows, what with the windows task manager and stuff.. Answer stays the same though, use a hex editor and change the data. Be sure not to add or substract characters from the file though, that usually screws things up

BTW my OS is Windows XP, the only thing that's strange there is my cursor. I like the Mac cursor thats all
