screen updating

ok i kno how if u lvl but dont have the like update.vitals ect ect then it will still show the old lvl even tho ur really the new lvl, well anyways wen i kill my pole it says pole but wen i leave and come back it will say my guild name and also wen ur killing it it doesnt keep up to where the health is, so how do i make it so it updates ur screen or watever every few seconds?
