pwtools.codeplex.com should work? I havn't tested it with the latest latest pwi one but it worked a couple of pwi patches ago.

A "please" works wonders.

Anyways,all forms of politeness aside, you are doing something wrong - it works with latest PWI elements.data and latest sELEdit from SVN.

I couldn't import with BR_1.4.4 either.
I tried to use PWRU_1.4.4_v179 and it works.
