select charachter s3 e1

hello
i playing on server that is s3 e1 1.04h main.
and when i got to the screen when i need to select character
i cant press ENTER to get in to the character, the admin blocked the ENTER command on the select character screen.
i can get in only if i press twice with the mouse on the player or once and then press the yellow connect in the bottom.
can someone help me and give me something or any method to able the command ENTER in the select character screen pls !

He wants to use dl enter bug,if you read it correctly.
Nothing to do with resolution.
