yeah 3.3.3 isn't out yet, current version on Retail is 3.3.2a.

As gregon13 specified, 3.3.3 does exist on the PTR and therefor, could be builded and used. If you youtube a little bit you can see that some peoples did it already to explore the map of future raid Ruby Sanctum which is planned for 3.3.5

But since the OP specify "I want to fight Arthas" .. It lead me to think he has no idea of what he is talking about =/

Or the OP is un-aware you fight lich King in 3.3.2 and not 3.3.3, just need to wait for a DB to fully support it
