Server connection field!!

Hello sorry for posting again anyone knows how to fix this problen
SERVER CONNECTION FIELD!! when im using IP interceptor all ports are open 5001,5003,5109,5002
i also use RoSED ~ LoginSvr ~
open port 5001.5002,5003,5109,5008 still no luck

BUT on hamachi all working i can log in with no problem

ISP for server PLDT DHCP
ISP for client GLOBELines pppoe
