server hosting and account types...need help

Umm if you want a person to help host the server, how can they do that? My friend installed hamachi on his computer and he connects to my hamachi ip adddress so now he hosts 2 networks that are visible on my hamachi. The question is, when my computer is off, is he able to host the server still on his computer or does he need extra files? How to have to people run a server and connect to one connection. I host the server but I want it sothat if I turn my computer off, the server will still be on through myfriend's computer.

Account types - how to make new types besides Admin, Developer, etc.? How to make it so thatthe Admin title doesn't show up as your game name and hovering over your character's head in the game?
