Ok my server is up and running fine . anyone who would like to check it out
the ip is 24.192.146.222 just put that Ip in the game launcher file iconfig.nhd Also it is set to autocreate accounts , but you will get an error the 1st time you make the user/pass sayin account does not exist but just click confirm and re enter the user/pass and it will let you in

I CAN'T access it ....funny thing is i got my server running but i am still working on my website and i don't know how to make it public or a .com website

To make it a .com you would need to buy a domain.

You can buy domains from GoDaddy or Setnine, and many other sites, Just check google.
I own a domain but its not for Rose, So I just put it in a directory on my domain, like

With most providers, They come with DNS configurations, Or you can use something like freedns.afraid.org
Find a free web provider like

(If you choose my way.) I'd say
Put ns1.afraid.org
ns2.afraid.oro into your nameservers for your domain
then on the freedns site, add your domain, make it public or private
Make a redirect, like
