Server_mob Limit and Skill limit

I would like to know if someone has figured out how to remove the limit on server_mob and skill.scp because I am trying to add some without success. Can anybody help me.

No one is sharing that and no ones is even admitting that they had "figured out", so I would suggest to use alternative method: Remove what's not being used, that way you can replace it with the content you want.
