Setting up New server

What I need to set up a new server? Where I can find the files for download?:grr:

I just got some repacks, but didn't get the server files anyway...

I have the server UP, but on local I cannot connect anym achine, I think something related to login server, but it didn't log anythin.. and I got NO MOBS OR NPCS... all maps are EMPTY... can anyone help me to find out? And what I have to do to get the scriptdev2??? What is it for?
