Hello please someone help me

i have 2 problems

1 problem its

I have downloaded the Mu CLient
but when i open main
client loads
after 1 second
closes.


2nd problem
when i use other client
with patch
i can go in login screen
i select server
then NOTHING CAME UP
its like something wierd

my ports are all opened
firewalls off

please help me for that

and bTW : USING WINDOWS 7 LOL :D

@karli:
1. You can also use another client, if you prefer
2.Its either, because u put the wrong ip into mapserverinfo.dat, or you forgot something unnoticed.

Well my friend, i have the same problem like yours, i managed to use different client version, the startup screen dont close like 1.4Q does, but i didnt see any server square to choose.

I have everything checked more than 5 times from the tutorial exactly, but i can join server

i use lan ip not wan, ports are ok (even they not needed for lan connection)
im using windows xp and windows 7
i think the problem is about 90% from client... :(

5.2) Repack-RunServer_CS
Right click-properties and modify the Target

Code:
D:\MuServer\GameServerCS\CrackCS.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55962 55919
Change D:\MuServer to the path, where your Repack is placed
For example:

Code:
C:\Repack\GameServerCS\CrackCS.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55962 55919
how do i change it any one help me

right click On
RunServer_CS Go > Properties >ShortCut > Then you See Target
and Start In Right?

On Target Put This :

Code: 
Z:\Server\GameServerCS\CrackCS.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55962 55919

& on Start in Right Put This

Code: 
Z:\Server\GameServerCS


You can do same on RunServer_GS & Sub

For RunServer_GS

Put This On Target

Code: 
Z:\Server\GameServer\RunServer.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55960 55901

On Start In Right Put This
Code: 
Z:\Server\GameServer\


Now For RunServer_Sub
Put This On Target
Code: 
Z:\Server\SUBServer\GameServer\RunServer.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55964 55903

& On Start In Right Put This

Code: 
Z:\Server\SUBServer\GameServer

Finally i managed to see server square after i put Patch S4 VER. 1.05T+, but when i try to login the server tells me "Require new patch, download from the site"

what i must do now???

im using server files:
Repack_by_Oski_7.11.56__GS_SUB_CS__Ver-4.9.6

im using client:
Full 1.04Q Server
MU1_05T+_Patch
and Patch_1.05T__By_Oski_ver.4.9.0

whats the problem now?

i runed perfectly in win xp 64 bits. ur problem is on the ODBC here i will give u a litle guide how to make them:

Code: 
 first go to start->run thre u need to type this: %SystemRoot%\SysWow64\odbcad32.exe 

thats the ODBC for 64 bits edition. the one u find in control panel ->etc etc  etc its the 32 bits one. now all u got to do is to create the rights ODBC:

here is the list:

ODBC:                            Data base:
Event                              MuOnline
LocalServer                      (dont asing any db)
LOGIN                             MuOnline
MU2003_EVENT_DB            MuOnline
MuOnline                         MuOnline
MuOnlineJoinDB                 MuOnline
Ranking                           MuOnline
USELOG                          MuOnline

credits: to the guy ( on this forum) who make this guide.(sry i can`t remember the name) all i did its updated the odbc and the Db. where it should be thats it.

dude i had the same problem but some guardina angel named DivinityInc gived me the answear. use the main cracker again and change the game version from: 1.05.46 to: 2288; (yes 2288; with the ";" at the end) that should fix it
