my problem is i would like to work with it on a pc where i cant install 7z so i cant open it >.<

Error:
When i select open and decript... select serverneame-e.dat (in system folder patched) put the name of my server and select save and encrypt.... select 413...Ok!
Now..run the game and say's Critical Error: servername-e.dat are corrupted please full check!

depends on what version your client is, with the latest version of it I actually got no errors

First: you must have patched your system folder...
IF you have patched it, then you have to be carefull to only select the name of the server WITHOUT any spaces or else you should see an error in the asm-section of the file-edit...
