Why no damage in monsters? even I cant force pk, even in duel mode no damage

testing in vmware
Update
emulator has damage

live server cannot damage mobs
cannot damage even in duel
cannot damage in practicing yard using ctrl z
tyranny cannot damage tower
cannot use buff in live server
