but i think the one who share this is not working
i buy this skill editor and i want to share it hehe..

i buy it coz i want to edit the GM skill's and Special skill's
it is working on EP4 Taiwan
but in EP4 Korean i dont know you can try it sir ^_^

so i think it wont work on korean server
