Switch off the windows firewall and that nasty Vista UAC stuff, windows can see centos but centos can't see Vista so it's Vista's fault somewhere

this si WIn Xp sp3 not vista, firewal in windows and centOS is off and CentOS dont see Windows IP

Try setting the centos ip manually instead of DHCP (auto) as i still think that is the cause of these problems. You could also try reinstalling centos in vmware (takes about 15 minutes at most) and setting the IP manually, that fixed the last one like this i saw.
