Those are not downloadable guides they are a set of useful snippets of info quoted from various posts here, darkxl collected them all on his topic.

and i get error messages

There is already an object named 'xp_md5' in the database.

It isn't viruses they are false positives. Several of the files in that archive are either packed and/or encrypted and many antivirus apps flag ANY packed/encrypted exe as a virus even if it isn't. It's because the can't scan inside and verify the file os ok so they just assume it must be dangerous if it cannot be scanned.

I have used every file in there myself and if they were truly infected i would have removed them. Obviously if in doubt don't use them as there isn't much in there that is useful anyway (mostly in Chinese).
