Skill delay trouble

Everytime i try to lower the value of the delay on skills with the value "L" after logging in and casting the skill the game comes up as "Not Responding"

Would be nice if you guys could help

u r changing wrong value...
u need change 82 in this case...
chant it for 10 !
the skill delay is the value 228 byts distant of start name of skill!

you find the skill Ctrl + F then you count from the start of the skill name 228 values , havent found a better way yet :S

then you change that value to what you want the skill delay to be
