Skill swipe

so i finally got skill swipe to work you can now steal the skill but when i use loadout or w.e and try to equip the skill it doesnt work. again is this sometihng to do with the Op's because iv tried to fiddle with EQUIP_STOLEN_SKILL -1/+1/-2/+2 but still doesnt work :/ any ideas?

source version doesn't matter.. the difference in the headers from subversion 1 and 2 is small. Easy to guess
