Btw about skills on pay to play chinese version... They have skills lvl109 and 119:

so... the 79/100 skills on P2P are actually 109/119?

Yeah that's what he means... you'd also need to change the same on in the gs server binary...

I did just try changing the 109 hex value (6D 00 00 00) to the 99 hex value (63 00 00 00) with a replace all and it did seem to change the level...

So, you changed 109 -- 99 in elementskill.dll AND the server GS binary. After that it was a success, you can now learn the proper skills at 99 instead of 109 ??? Or am I just hallucinating because I'm tired and my eyes burn...

It looks like that yes... :mellow: But they seems to be already inside our gs binary but unused cuz we use a wrong client. The right client for our server is 1.2.6 or 1.2.7 version from p2p wich can be used if we change few things on the mysql part and the authd part. I don't think the 79/100 skills are the 109/119 skills in P2P... they might be but I don't think they are

I actually did, and it did let me learn them at 99 providing I changed my culti level to the 109 one manually, I changed back to my unmodified copies after that though...

I learnt demon heaven's flame last night on a lvl 120BM with 3rd culti fairy. I added too much exp so ended up over 99. I might just change the lvl instead though.

I tested 99 bm with sage heavens flame and cant learn it at lvl 99, I can learn it at 109 however.
The level at which you can learn skills is 109.

all this books was working perfect.

but now it was unable to learn T_T

Haha yeah I know! Hmmm maybe I missed something?!? I tried to enter the heaven/hell gate ONLY when my char is at lvl 101 and fairy evolved at 3rd stage (culti 99)... but still can't enter the gate/instance even thru the illusion stone in West City. I noticed that the "temple of nirvana" in illusion stone is in red text. Also, got stock at lvl 105... xp doesn't add up anymore... Isn't the level cap up to lvl 109???

PROB SOLVED! I posted the wrong question. I should have asked the name of the map for heaven and hell
And the answer is enable map 21 and 22 thru pwadmin. Argh! Finally got in! LOL XD Thanks 343! As always!

They aren't new... You should play on pwi before creating a pwserver... Cuz you know nothing about the game as I can see...

Level 79 skills won't work with our client and server files, it was stated hundreds times.
We even can't have the few balances to skills that they have done since 1.3.6

Thanks Romulan but I've played PW in our country for more than 3 years already. It's just that there are LOTS of difference in item names, instance names, city names, etc etc. Don't worry, I'm using SEARCH function now. I find it quite fun to read anyways

Btw those are lvl101 demon skills (but can be learned only at 109 on private server). Not the specials skills like you mentioned avalanche3. :mellow:

I'm using 343's release. Maybe it's a preset... or whatever :

BTW, I'm stuck at lvl 105 >.< doesn't gain xp any more after reaching 99.99% xp but still can gain SP...

I am now studying on how to use PW_Dev tools included in 343's release as I dunno yet how to connect .exe and ubuntu server thru vbox. Haven't researched on the matter yet. Any tip/suggestion/answer is welcome though XD

Also, there is a 'hard cap' @ level 119 on my release (could be changed back to 150 easily [However, due to the OBSESSION with 'MAX LEVEL' {and even beyond} I will not be saying how to do this, anyone who wants it, will have to figure it out for themselves !])...
