snow doesnt work

hello i used search function but i didnt find anything

my problem is /snow doesnt work... i looked with hexeditor inside the mainsvr and the command is right...
i also replaced the effect folder with lates int's one, but it still doesnt work... where are the snow files at the client??

Event = "1 2 4 5 6" in mainconfig.txt

6 is snow event. so make sure you have written it.
