Could someone help me, it worked correctly before I formatted the PC and changed my card, which used to be a GTX 1050 and is now an RX 6650XT, I've already installed all the runtimes "I believe" but it still continues...

I'm almost certain it doesn't, because it worked correctly before I formatted the computer and upgraded to an RX 6650 XT.

And these same files run perfectly fine on the owner's PC.

AMD drivers have been known to cause issues inside of flyff for years now. Including the Navigator, Them CIRCLE buffs, and heaps of other weird small things. if you aren't the owner, you can't be certain of anything.

Easy test, Let the buffs die. If the UI comes back, then you know.
