[Solved] Cashshop BuyWCoin Sends me to Other Website S4

As title states ,

In game If i press X and click on Buy Wcoin
It sends me to shadowmu website , any idea where i can change this website?

Ive looked through the Server files and cant seem to find it anywhere..

its in client Data\InGameShopBanner\583.2011.001 in file IBSBanner.txt <- this is for s6

for s8 its same

i forgot to mention i am using season 4

i do not have \InGameShopBanner listed in my Data folder .
