Hello, and thank you very much in advance for your help.
I've run into this while trying to set up a TERA server, and I'm stumped as to what to do.

I know that the TL.exe file must be located one folder up above the 'Binaries' folder, and it is currently there, so I don't know what could be causing this.
Edit: The launcher files also need to be inside the Client folder. Solved!
