Some of the in-game items are not working like ampli, red party scroll but not all palyers are experiencing this kind of thing only 1 / 10

Could you fill these questions to make it more understandable.
1. What happends when a player double click the scroll? Nothing or does some kind of error appear?
2. Do you get any server-sided error in the .txt file?
3. Do you or the player get any client-sided error?
4. When does it work, when does it not work?
5. Are you in different places, are they in party, do they have other scroll activated?
