u can edit somethin svr side with an uce? wow! O.O

it's fockin hard to put it @svr side...but it's possible...a psvr had this already i think

edit the cooldown values in initskil.dat, and it will stop 90% of the gayfags. but it wont stop skiddies with pointers.

Check out the guides & release section for help :) End of day its a big problem with private servers.
