I have modified the Android/build/Assets/Resources/config. The json in the build the Android directory before, but it's actually the build will modify json, again will packagemode set to 2, and finally packaging results are obb file

You don't need to change lua code to enable gm mode. Change "packageMode" to 3, then it will enable debug mode and gm mode.

you also need to untick "Split Application Binary" in project settings

Use api level 29 or lower to create apk, otherwise you may get the error for luajit

I am using jayc-tech's apk and conf files.
Did I miss something? I turned off the firewall on CENTOS7,
Opened ports 25009 and 10110 in VM NAT.
I also edited Redis' IP (192.168.200.5) and Mysql password.
The IPs in the conf files are still 127.0.0.1.

seem like your server is not running.

you don't need to use that one. Just post a text string to idipserver in my case. All command id can be found in idip.h file. Then you need to figure out which fields need to pass (checking the source code for each command. only for body part, head should be the same). Below is one example to get the diamond. Just change the roleid to your one.
