[Source] [Help] Anything is piercable

[NickHough]

Hey,

For some reason people on my server are able to get 0/10 things pierced and i mean random things like piercing cards can become 0/10 randomly, the same with jewellery:grr:, is there something wrong with my piercing procedure or is it more likely a source related procedure, this mostly occurs when things are being updated from the item mall

Sounds like your item mall is bugged or being hacked. I can't be sure of which.

might be, but it is just a simple insert into the sent table, if it is the source problem, where would it likely be caused?

Most likely you messed something up in Item.cpp or Obj.cpp with the socket cards. Or either in IsPiercable() you return true by default.
