Try to change the servercon' file.
As I understand it looks like a problem with the database and not with the java.

How about you read the error and give some constructive response instead of giving the person some BS answer because I'm soooooo sure you know how to fix it. And no where stated anywhere does the person who had the error on the previous page indicate that their problem was fixed.

Anyways it says databaseconnection is not initialized, there are many reasons for why this problem can happen.

1. You do not have mysql service installed and/or running.
2. You do not have the schema created (moopledev)
3. You do not have access/privileges to access the database (wrong password? Try running as admin for the bats who knows)
4. You have a third party firewall restricting access somehow
5. You do not have a working source (download a clean one)
