Splash Art?

Does anyone know how to edit/create splash art for Tera I got a bunch of cool images thanks to Archgeus for this post

I want something like this as splash art:

You need to add alpha channel to BMP - 24bit is RGB, 32bit is RGBA.

Try to use Gimp. Open your png with alpha, then Export as > chose BMP format > select 32 bit A8 R8 G8 B8.

For the Photoshop, you need to extract the "alpha" as opacity map, add it as alpha channel to image, then save image as BMP 32 bit. Another way: export your PNG as DDS on DXT5 or DXT1 with ARGB, then open it in Photoshop again and save it as BMP 32 bit
