i like what you did, it seem a bit poster-like.
its nice how you blurred stuff but some parts are over blurred.
the motiob blur i believe? its not so great bu the smudge or motion blur behind the guy is perfectly fine.
you've got nice depth in this tag.
take out the text. it kills the whole tag.
but you might want to give this tag some more, not effects c4d, but like nice effects.
make it, smudge or something.

looking at the stock,
like everyone said, nothing really looks different.
just blur and the behind the leg thing >o<, oh and don't forget resizing render.
took you probably, what, 2 layers?

guh no i like brightened the lights so its more visible when blurred, added the 2 thingos hes holding, added the smudge layer behind him, added afew gradient maps/photo filters to make the colour slightly better and i never sed it was a complicated one =)
