Starting a 562 Server

Ok so I have the server going but the client will not work.. It gets to the "Connected to update server" but then in the command prompt window it says

ip:127.0.0.1
error_game_js5connect
I know the error has to deal with not being able to connect to the update server but i have no clue what is going on.... Plz help
