Status CHecker Prob

I have A Prob... i made a status checker In Vb For a server ... it works great...
BUT for some Reason if i copy the prog to other comp it has missing dll's ect for winsock.... um is there anyway to make the Exe standalone so that it can work on any computer new or old ?.

Yes, don't use VB.

Learn to use WinAPI and WinSock2 functions instead (assuming your program is periodically attempting to connect to your server; if you're just checking the server process is present, the code is VERY simple.)

for the hell of it ima try and doit in c++ ty ^_^ and yes that makes sense as my os is on E drive.
