What verison you're using, what java you're using, what computer specs etc

Thank you for answering. The Java problem has been solved. Can I change the cool time because I can fix damages but I can't change the skill data? I fixed it, but in reality, the skill cool time is the same, so it doesn't work. i can't find it even if i search it.
