Actually i did not create that, i just edit the existing file to photoshop to make it new.

Find the PNG file then edit in Photoshop you can find in textures/effect

i have a problema im using ran gs ep7 but that files is ep9 and i try to transfer my ep7 and ill get all files but the problem is invisible and bugtrap when i use ep7skineditor
