Full CMS or just Design?

I haven't decided if im going to code it or not. For sure i will release the design but maybe make it a full cms. there hasn't been any full cms released in while. for that reason i think i should. i have never made a full cms before... so it should be interesting

Uhh... it's not bad i suppose. Colors don't flow

Suddenly going from dark green and black to a white body is sort of weird.

Layout looks good but the design looks horrible.

Honest opinion

Constructive criticism:

1-You randomly added green text. To me, the green in it just looks weird.
2-Number of players, etc. with black background looks weird
3-Copyright at bottom is in a box randomly placed. The box for that and the navigation box at the top also have stripes through them that look kind of funny with the rest of the design.
4-The image in the bottom right looks weird and has nothing to do with the CMS (at least from what I can tell).
5-The blue around the banner area doesn't match anything else.

To make it better:
1-Focus on black, gray, and yellow for the colors.
2-You should have some kind of area for general info about the server so that people can see what the features of the server are.
3-Just have the copyright info at the bottom. It doesn't even have to be in a box of its own.

Holy **** don't put the login above the banner LOL I like the layout, like where stuff is placed and all, but the design is just shitty :|
