Stuck in Character Select - Server on PC with ports open

I'm trying to make my server to online.
When I connect to the server by the server computer, I can enter the game normally but when I access the game from another computer, I can login and enter the character selection screen normally. But after selecting a character, the game doesn't respond.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?

I think you must recheck your configuration port & ping server isn't RTO
